She is our amazing robo-receptionist, virtual assistant, and wonder woman who handles more details than a wedding planner. We’ve been letting Darci start slowly, so that we can learn exactly how to ask her to do the tasks we want her to do without confusing her (code: Us!) and so far, we are liking what she can do!
Immediately upon scheduling an appointment with us, Darci will email you a confirmation of the appointment scheduled (as long as we have your email address) and then she will email you again, 24 hours before you are due at your appointment, making it nearly impossible to forget an appointment. In your confirmation email, there will be a link you can click, to let us know that you will, in fact, be showing up to your appointment. If we do not see that you’ve confirmed your appointment via email, we will be calling you to check that you will be there.
Please check that these emails are not ending up in your spam folder, and if they are, make sure to select that they are ‘not spam’ so that you don’t miss one.
Very shortly, it will be possible for you to book your appointments yourself, directly from our website. When this feature becomes available, please know that we may have other time/date options available that do not show up on the self-scheduler.
Throughout all of these technological changes, we are always more than happy to talk to you in person or over the phone. Our goal is not to make things more impersonal, but to make it easier than ever for you to get in our doors!
