Javaise Javaise
Hi!  I'm Javaise.  I've been answering the phone and taking care of Ritual's clients and stylists for just about two years now.  I love the environment that I work in so much that it's inspired me to go to cosmetology school and get licensed myself! It's so important to love what you do, and I'm happy to say that I not only love what I do, but where I do it!

Kim Kim
I'm Kim and I have been with Ritual for over a year and a half and have loved every minute.  Working with clients and helping them to create an over all look whether it be coloring, cutting or both is what I enjoy most. It is an amazing feeling going to work and loving what you do.  Over the last year I have attended the Joico Color class (February), the ISSE Expo in Seattle (May), the Joico Color Boot Camp (July) and a Diagramming and Dissection Workshop (August).

Melanie Melanie
I'm Melanie.  I've been here for about one year and I love my co-workers here at Ritual, they are fabulous.  Our clients are absolutely wonderful and I really appreciate being able to work with them.  I love working with hair whether cutting or coloring.  It is a great passion of mine.   Some of the classes I've attended this past year are: Joico Color Class (February, ISSE Expo in Seattle(May), Joico Boot Camp (July), Diagraming & Dissection Workshop (August), Rust Color Cutting Class (November).

Renee Renee'
Howdy! Howdy!  I'm Renee'.  Being a receptionist at Ritual has been a very rewarding experience.  The people I work with are very compassionate towards each other and our clients.  I love the conversations I get to have with the clients; everyone is very unique and interesting.  I am currently going to Portland Community College but I am not sure what to major in (maybe hair!).  I hope to see you all soon and look forward to this next year at Ritual.

Shawn Shawn
Some people have a hard time trying to figure out what to be "when they grow up", but I have always known that I wanted to be a hair stylist. I started cutting my sister's barbie's hair when I was a little girl, and 30 years later she has almost forgiven me!  Continuing to learn new techniques, working on commercials and teaching other stylists has kept me motivated and energized in an industry that has given me so much.  I am blessed to work with wonderful clients and talented staff members and after 15 years, still find it a joy to come to work!
