I was 14 when my mother proclaimed she would no longer buy me magazines
because I only looked at the pictures. Thirteen years later I am now buying my own
magazines and still not reading them. My passion for images has grown from
looking at and collecting them in print to creating them on my own. Each
photograph represents an instance where I was allowed to capture a moment,
feeling, or idea and preserve it. From North Portland to New Mexico I have enjoyed
everywhere photography has taken me and all I have been able to do with it.
